Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 3-Day Return Policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to register a return request. After this window, returns will not be accepted.

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at hi@duaora.com within 3 working days of delivery with your Order ID and reason for return.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return/exchange requests.

1. Damaged / Missing Product

  • Every product undergoes a 3-layer quality check before dispatch.

  • If your order arrives damaged or with a missing item, please report it within 3 days of delivery with a 360° unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  • Only the damaged item(s) in a multi-product order will be eligible for return.

  • If the video evidence is unclear, tampered, or incomplete, the request may be rejected.

2. Product Dislike

  • We don't accept return if you wish to return a product due to personal preference ("dislike"). 

3. Return Conditions

  • Returns/exchanges are processed at the order level (not on individual products in the same order).

  • Single pieces from combos/gift boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Products purchased during promotional offers, contests, clearance sales, or special schemes are not eligible for return/exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Due to operational challenges, order cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed. We kindly request our customers to place orders mindfully and avoid impulsive purchases.
